Opera


Boy I hate that word...... No, not Opera as in Chinese opera or Operas you go watch @ Esplanade, Opera as in the stupid computer system that my work place is running on.



Here is what it shows you on the main page:" Seamless, Intuitive, wireless, versatile, superior"

One word sums up all of the above plus the Opera system itself.... RUBBISH!!!!!



I have seen the crappest systems in my time, but nothing and I MEAN NOTHING beats what I'm experiencing as I type this.... I'm load a page to go into my guest folio, 20mins have pass and the bloody thing is STILL LOADING!!!!What if the gst is checking out, siao liao la...... Tell my manager, she say system just reseted so lag a bit... A BIT?!?!?!

Oooops I spoke too soon.... Guest check out, system STILL LOADING!!! End up he unhappily fills up an express checkout form and leaves in a huff.... Excellent service.... my ass.... Oh boy, lucky the guest are understanding enough..... WTF?!?!?!?!?=(
